Rizhao Changrong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a modern food production enterprise integrating scientific research, production, sales and service. The company is located in Ju County Economic Development Zone, Rizhao City, Shandong Province. The total investment of the project is 53 million yuan, covering an area of 25 mu. It has a 4000-square-meter 100,000-level clean workshop, 3 freeze-dried food production lines and an infant food standard laboratory. There are more than 120 employees, a professional technical team of 15 people, including 2 master's degree graduates.

Changrong mainly produces freeze-dried infant complementary foods and freeze-dried leisure foods, providing OEM processing for domestic leading infant and leisure brands, and simultaneously operating its own brands and export trade. Changrong's founding team started researching freeze-dried foods in 2007, and is the technical originator and inventor, and category creator of freeze-dried yogurt, freeze-dried cheese, freeze-dried rice cakes, and freeze-dried chocolate products. Currently, its production technology is in an unshakeable position in the domestic freeze-dried food field.

In May 2023, Changrong obtained the first national production license for freeze-dried rice cake complementary foods for infants and young children; in January 2024, it obtained the first national production license for freeze-dried cheese complementary foods for infants and young children; and in April 2024, it participated in the formulation of the industry standard "General Rules for Freeze-Dried Foods" organized by the National Food Industry Standardization Technical Committee, raising the industry threshold and technical barriers.

Changrong Bio and Qingdao Agricultural University have established a production, research, and education cooperation, making it a production, research, and education base of Qingdao Agricultural University. It owns 5 national invention patents and more than 10 invention patents under review. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a provincial and municipal specialized, refined, and new enterprise, Rizhao's digital "Morning Star Factory", and a two-integration AA-level standardized enterprise. Changrong has successively passed HACCP, ISO22000, FDA, DCMM, KOSHER, HALAL certifications and export food production enterprise registration. The production process is controlled by the MES&ERP system, realizing process automation, digitalization, and informatization, and the entire production process is traceable.
